Well friends, I think Iam on my way to a full recovery from my little foray into excess a couple of days ago......however, the chinese food did kind of put me in couch mode all night......but today I got up went to the gym...played my drums went to see a movie..and have just finished eating at my restaurant tapas teatro......If I can steer clear of the always imppending "bender" I will call it an early night......David Cronenbergs History of Violence was really fucking intense and the amount of silence from leading man Viggo equally as creepy....have to just shrug it off...I am back on the right road for the next few days......wish me luck....mike
